Application Technical Lead - Sydney, Australia

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is working on an application development/maintenance project.

Responsibilities include:
* scoping, solution design, development, testing, migration, implementation, and implementation support
* facilitate business analysis with customers
* lead technical solution design
* some hands-on development
* test management including system test play, execution & report
* maintenance support after delivery to production

If you have....
* min 5 yrs IT application development experience
* min 2 yrs experience in Team Lead role
* BA, back-end solution design & apps development, test lead & maintenance support experience
* experience with Oracle PL/SQL development on Unix
* Customer facing experience & service oriented attitude
* Independent leader and team player
* background in Telecommunication/IT industry, application migration and/or fault management/trouble ticket systems

* Oracle database including Oracle 10g/PL-SQL
* Pro*C/C++
* Unix/Linux, shell script
* BEA/Tuxedo
* Java/Javascript & socket programming
* Middleware / system integration
