New South Wales (Australia): Service Delivery Manager
This leading international organisation, who have a market-leading position in Australia, are currently seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager for their Sydney office. The role requires excellent customer-facing skills. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in most or all of the following areas: advanced skills in managing SLAs. Good leadership and communication capabilities.
A minimum of 3 years experience in similar role/s. Excellent customer relationship management skills. Solid financial and business management skills. Previous experience ideally in the telecommunications sector but if not then in managed services/mainstream IT/Vendor etc. Responsibilities will include: ensure all services are delivered according to contractual commitments. Ensure new or maintenance software releases are deployed in a timely fashion to customers. Manage warranty and service contracts from a cost perspective to ensure agreed profitability is achieved. Manage the customer's expectations and perception of service delivery. This role is paying in the range of $110k-$120k + super + annual bonus.
