Roles & Responsibilities
• Coordinates New Land Bank studies
• Liaison and establish public relationship with Authorities
• Liaison and establish public relationship with Business Partners such as consultants, contractors and land owners.
• To oversee Project, contracts and property management division
• Monitor development progress and provide technical know how and support on problem solving
• Any other duties as and assigned from time to time
Requirements:
• Possess degrees in Civil Engineering/ Building Management discipline
• Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in senior position preferably in property development industry
• Knowledgeable and keep abreast with the property development industry both locally and aboard
• Well verse in MS Office and MS Project
• Good planning, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills in both writing and spoke
• Good negotiation skills & time management skills.
• Leadership quality and able to lead and work as a team at all levels
