Volume Operations (VO) is a world wide function which supports all businesses of HP. The primary role of VO is order administration for HP's entire Channel business and HP's Volume Direct model. These two functions manage approx. 3/4 of HP's entire revenues. VO is the core operational engine behind HP's success. We employ 3.500 employees in all major parts of the world. This is a true international function. Our services have the highest impact on customer satisfaction. VO furthermore develops the next generation capabilities to ease partner and customer interaction and satisfaction.


Job Description:
We as a finance supporting organization for the above mentioned VO organization (WW VO Finance) which is part of the PSG finance community are looking for a financial analyst to provide value-added financial support to the Volume Direct (VD) team, through becoming an expert in complex business environment and processes.
The main tasks will be around cost control, aspire set up, forecast follow up, regional and WW project support and overall finance support to VD business.
The main interface will be VD management team across all APJ countries and WW VO finance

Major elements of the job:
* Financial Planning and Reporting for APJ's Volume Direct Organization
* Responsible for expenses, headcount planning, predictability and reporting
* Responsible for monthly analyses and for driving appropriate corrective actions
* Responsible for providing required monthly management reporting, Balanced Scorecards, Ad-Hoc analyses…
* Financial support for operations teams and participation into various key projects to improve decision making and financial risk assessment

Requirement:
* Degree in finance or business administration
* Know how of financial systems and processes
* Accounting and Finance knowledge
* Ideally with HP or IT business background
* Ideally with a Finance background from a business Finance function
* International and multi-cultural mindset
* Problem-solving and analysis skills with focus on quality
* Fluent English
* Communication and presentation skills
* Demonstrated leadership and white space management
* Eye for detail and accuracy
* Analytical thinking
* Flexibility
