ITST-IT Manager (Manufacturing), Singapore

Client: One of the largest research-based pharmaceutical, nutritional, and health care companies in the world
Location: West
Salary: $6,000 - $9,000 + AWS + $1,000 transport allowance
Working days: 5 days/week



Responsibilities: (but not limited to)
* Evaluate, introduce and implement various IT systems, infrastructure, tools and utilities to support the manufacturing operation and the information link with customers, vendors and corporate offices
* Implement the various applications, hardware and networks
* Improve and integrate the applications, system platforms, databases and communications infrastructure for better synergy and information sharing
* Continuous improvement of the systems to provide better value to operations and the business
* Validate computer systems to meet continuous GMP requirements and ensuring continuous compliance
* Ensure the completion of goals and objectives and ensuring activities are supportive of IT strategic direction
* Develop, justify and/or implement quality, plans and cost-control measures
* Provide effective leadership

Requirements:
* Bachelor or Master degree in Business or Information Systems/Technology
* Minimum 8 years’ work experience in a computer related field with a minimum of 3 years in a multinational manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Demonstrate expertise in the implementing ERP systems and related major applications, as well as the implementation and support of large projects involving multiple servers and multiple locations.
* Project management experience is essential.
* Good knowledge and understanding of applying emerging technologies, business best-practices, overall market trends, structured and architecture methodologies to support evolving business requirements.
* Process a high level of personal integrity, interpersonal and managerial skills
* Proficiency in manufacturing applications and knowledge of GMP.
