Shell Malaysia is Seeking Legal Associate in Kuala Lumpur (1-year contract)

Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn. Bhd. (6087-M) has been operating for more than a century in Malaysia and is looking forward to more exciting and challenging years ahead. We refine, supply, trade and ship crude oil and petroleum products, as well as market and sell transportation fuels, lubricants, speciality products and technical services.

We are currently looking for a Legal Associate to join the Shell Malaysia team in our Legal Services Unit, based Kuala Lumpur. Our team of 20 lawyers supports Shell's businesses in Malaysia - ranging from Exploration & Production, Retail, Distribution, and Refining to IT and HR services.

Responsibilities:

This is a learning opportunity created primarily to allow for the incumbent to:
* Experience the working environment in a multi-business MNC;
* Conduct research, attend meetings and assist lawyers across businesses;
* Work with Legal Services Unit's various offices throughout Malaysia.


Requirements:
* Law graduates who are currently chambering or have completed chambering, or law graduates with minimal or no working experience;
* Excellent academic results;
* Excellent IT skills;
* Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia;
* Active in co-curricular activities.
