Provide vision and leadership in the integration of technology, business process and information for supply chain management. Serves as the primary interface with key supply chain clients to develop integrated business process and system solutions to drive world class supply chain results.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
* Responsible for Supply Chain business process re engineering and SAP implementation for specific area of responsibility.
* Focus on Supply chain processes around Sales and Operations planning, Master Planning and Scheduling and its connection to Manufacturing Execution systems in an SAP based high tech environment.
* Recognized subject matter expert in supply chain planning tools, processes and practices.

Key responsibilities include:
* Primary interface with IT and global business clients for requirements definition, process development, gap analysis, and functional specifications.
* Identify, diagnose and solve existing supply chain process and system issues to develop a world class Supply Chain.
* Take a leadership role in driving collaboration and consensus with clients to establish improved processes within functional areas.
* Present solutions and options to senior leadership teams and drive decisions to
optimize and improve planning processes.
* Responsible for system and user acceptance testing.
* Document, communicate and institutionalize business process and system changes.
* Develop reporting requirements appropriate for decision making support.
* Use project management techniques to drive IT, clients and teams to deliver solutions in a timely manner.

Specific Knowledge/Skills:
* BS/BA/BBA with 5 to 10 years experience in related field or (Intl equivalent). Prefer Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Logistics, Industrial IT, Distribution or Industrial Engineering Degrees.
* Certifications: Preferred APICS, PMP, SAP APO, Six Sigma Black Belt.
* Skills: Data analysis using Excel, Brio Query, SQL, Oracle, Access. Supply Chain Management in High Tech industry. Advanced Planning and Scheduling Applications (APS) preferably SAP APO.
* Planning experience preferred in high tech or semiconductor industry
* Polished presentation capability and ability to train or coach others. Works very well in a team environment.
* Ability to apply Project Management techniques to drive to a timely and optimum solution.
* Ability to solve difficult problems of diverse scope in creative/practical ways.
* Able to perform complex analytical tasks.
* Ability to lead large and diverse global teams through complex discussions.
