Job Duties:
· Provide support and technical solution for in-house systems, networking, internet, email services and PC workstation
· Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of Window and Linux based servers.
· Provide system setup and network support for systems in data centre
· Shifts duty and after hours support are required
Requirements:
· Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines, MSCE holder is an advantage
· Minimum of 3 years experiences (min 5 years experience for senior position) in IT and technical support with hands-on experience in Window-based servers and network equipment
· familiar with MS Win 2000/XP/2003 System, Linux, email server, FTP, VPN, Web Server setup and maintenance, Networking, Firewall, HTML, JavaScript
· Proficiency in MS Window Servers, MS Exchange server, SQL Server 2005, including Active Directory integrated DNS, DHCP and WINS operation
· Sound knowledge in Apache, Tomcat and RDBMS
· Good knowledge in computer hardening and system security
· Speak fluent/native English is a must
· Good communication skill, strong interpersonal skills and trouble-shooting skills
· Able to work independently and under pressure
· Strong self-motivation
