Talentpool Indonesia is a human capital solution provider focusing in the services of outsourcing, executive search and consultancy.
Our client, one of The Leading and Respectable Pharmaceutical Company in Indonesia, is currently looking for potential candidates for the following positions: HEAD OF EAST INDONESIAN REGION (code HEIR).

The incumbent will be responsible of OTC business in east region, making sales program & build good relationship with distributors. He will report directly to Head of Sales OTC. This position will be stationed in Surabaya.

Requirement:
* Male, max 40 years
* Bachelor degree from reputable university
* Min 4 years related working experiences in pharmaceutical or consumer sector,
* Excellent negotiation and good interpersonal skill,
* Excellent analytical skill and effective leader and coach
* Fluent in English, both oral and written


An attractive remuneration package including bonus/incentives schemes would be provided.
