Job Profile: Technical Consultant
The Technical consultant position is primarily for implementation/field support of call centre suite of products from Aspect Software. Current requirement is for onsite support of Aspect EnsemblePro on a shift basis.
Responsibilities
* Implementation & onsite support support for Aspect EnsemblePro
* Implementation & field support for Unison & Ensemble Predictive dialers
* Take part in solution design discussions
* Create SoWs and design documents
Required Skills:
* BE/Diploma in Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent
* 3 to 4 years industry experience is preferred
* Candidates preferred with strong telephony background and thorough understanding of ACD, PBX (including IP based), CTI, IVR, various telephony protocols etc.
* Good understanding of Databases like Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase etc.
* Expertise on OS like Windows, Linux and Unix.
* Should be strong in analysis, architectural design and reasoning capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Willing to learn new technologies and ability to learn them quickly
* Exposure to Diallers and other contact centre products is preferable.
