PT. Equator Sistem Integrasi, a growing IT company located in West Jakarta, is urgently looking for fast learner, good team player candidates with the following requirements: IT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER


Requirement:
* Working experience : Senior Progammer (2 years), System Analyst (2 years), Project Manager (2 years), preferably in software house
* Have a good communication and analytical skill
* Have an excellent grasp of the software development process
* Experience in designing and developing web-based applilcation is a big plus
* Experience in leading a team of developers is required
* Able to build software documentation
* Minimum 28 years old


Job Description:
* Managing the IT development team and arranging the internal procedure
* Responsible in designing software architecture regarding customer's requirements as well as the scope work
* Responsible in documentation of design, implementation of methodologies to ensure high quality solution
* Responsible in monitoring work progress and project schedule
