Regional Finance Manager, Asia Pacific (JDSG55902)
Location: Singapore

Globally regarded as a leader in the competitive human capital consulting services sector, Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company, offers an outstanding platform for a strategic and commercial Regional Financial Controller to play a leading role in the growth and development of the Asia Pacific business.

Reporting to the President Asia Pacific, this is a significant opportunity to work in tandem with the regional leadership team and US global HQ to achieve sustained revenue growth in 9 countries around the region.

Your core responsibilities will include:
* Commercial and Finance support to the President and APAC business
* Financial controls, tax and cash planning, profit planning & budgeting, transfer pricing and US GAAP/Sarbanes Oxley compliance
* Business critical insight, advice and action on a range of commercial matters – new business initiatives, M&A, pricing, corporate governance, etc
* Drive client centric and efficient operations processes and systems throughout APAC
* Team leadership, career development and performance management of a finance team

Requirements:
* Asia regional experience managing or leading the finance function, ideally within a listed US MNC
* Experience within the consultancy, business and professional services sectors will be ideal
* CPA or equivalent Accounting qualification is required, an MBA will be highly regarded
* Demonstrated commercial/business achievements eg work with business to achieve margin growth, ERP or SOX implementation, drive operational efficiencies, etc
* Excellent analytical skills, detail orientation and English communication skills are required
