For the following positions: Customer Care Representative-Primary Care/ Call Center/ Baguio/Dagupan.

Responsible for the correct implementation of Member’s healthcare benefit policy and the delivery of superior customer service at all times. Facilitates and monitors in-patient availments at hospitals within assigned area.

Requirements:
* Preferably Medical allied course graduate (except nursing).
* Fresh graduates are welcome.
* Displays high level of TLC ( tender love and care)
* With good charisma and unquestionable character
* Above average communication skills (both oral and written)
* Willing to travel
* Can established good rapport with internal and external clients
* With high level of stress tolerance and can work under pressure.
* Male or Female , 24 to 28 years of age
