Our client, a leading real estate company is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager.

You will provide corporate finance support to business groups in structuring real estate trusts and funds, asset securitisations and monetisation programmes. You will also structure and negotiate on asset acquisitions and divestments, sale and leasebacks, long-term tenancy leases as well as analyse opportunities in capital and debt markets.

You should possess a degree in Real Estate or Finance with postgraduate or professional qualification in Finance. You should also possess at least 5 years’ working experience of which some years are in an investment bank, real estate company or corporate finance department of large corporations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar with real estate funds, asset securitisations, capital markets and debt market as well as be strong in financial modelling. Other key attributes include excellent communication skills, strong initiative and drive.
