Senior Business Consultant (Organizational Devpt) PeopleSearch Pte Ltd [Singapore]

A global leading international MNC, is looking for an experience and dynamic Senior Business Consultant (Organizational Development).
Reporting to the Head of Business Consulting Services, you will be responsible for providing short-term and long-term organizational development consulting and planning support to top and senior management clientele in collaboration with the company's team members and partner alliances to meet client needs.

The candidate should have the following:

* MANDATORY: At least 8 years' of proven track record in business, management or organizational development consulting.
* MUST HAVE: Post-Graduate (PhD and/or Masters) degree in either Clinical Psychology or Industrial Psychology.
* HIGHLY DESIRED: A hunter with strong sense to sniff business opportunities.
* ESSENTIAL: An inert ability to connect with Top/Senior Management community (such as C-Levels, SVP, VP and Directors)
* TRAVEL: Be prepared to be on the move about 50% of the time.
