Maintenance Manager, Personel & General Affairs - PT. Jaya Readymix Superintendent [Indonesia]

Maintenance Manager, Personel & General Affairs Superintendent.


A. Maintenance Manager (Code: MTC-MGR)

Responsibilities:
- Make strategic planning of mobile plant, fixed plant, truck and heavy equipment maintenance and repair
- Set standardization of parts used for maintenance & repair
- Ensure that parts storage system is maintained and controlled effectively
- Formulate and structure contract agreements with key suppliers
- Prepare the Department’s five years planning
- Manages subordinates to achieve the department objectives

Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, preferably who has good knowledge in electrical
- Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance field with 3 years in managerial level
- Preferably has experiences in maintenance & repair of genset, heavy equipment, truck and plant equipments
- Has good leadership, communication & interpersonal skill
- Able to work under pressure
- Good in English, both oral and written
- Computer literate
- Candidate below the above qualification will be considered for maintenance superintendent.
- The position is based in Surabaya or Semarang.

B. Personnel & General Affairs Superintendent (Code: HRGA-Spi)

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and develop recruitment & selection
- Supervise the implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures.
- Liaise with government institutions to ensure company compliance with applicable

Government Regulations.
- Manage Industrial Relation issues in all work locations/Plants
- Manage personnel matters ie. employment agreement, HRIS, performance appraisal,
jamsostek, medical insurance, payroll/overtime, absenteeism etc
- Manage General Affairs matters ie. office supplies, security, licenses & office Administration

Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor degree (S1) in any disciplines preferably in Management or Law
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resource field
- Good knowledge in Human Resources Management
- Strong knowledge in Labor Legislation and Industrial Relation Dispute Settlement (PHI)
- Good in interpersonal skill, communication and negotiation skill
- Able to work under pressure
- Good in English, both oral and written
- Computer literate
- The position is based in Surabaya
